Selected Students
After you are selected by the UCLA International Education Office, you will work with the UCEAP office on all logistical arrangements: housing, visa, host university placement, program dates, etc.
UCEAP will send you pre-departure instructions in the weeks following the application closing date for your program. Questions regarding UCEAP pre-departure instructions should be addressed to the appropriate UCEAP Operations Specialist.
Questions regarding issues at UCLA (orientations, course transfer, etc.) should be addressed to the appropriate IEO counselor.
Health Clearance
All selected EAP students are required to receive a Health Clearance, and in some cases complete an Online Travel Health Course, before going abroad. In MOST cases, Health Clearance can be completed online.
Follow the UCLA EAP Health Clearance Instructions and plan ahead as the process may take several weeks.
