Travel Study Financial Aid Orientation
This is a mandatory orientation for students planning to receive a financial aid package for their UCLA Travel Study program.
- May 2011 (Date, time and location to be announced)
This is a mandatory orientation for students planning to receive a financial aid package for their EAP program.
EAP Program Specific Information Sessions
Predeparture Orientation Meetings (open to all students)
Pre-Departure Orientations for spring 2012 programs will be during fall quarter 2011.
Group EAP counseling for Italy, Latin America, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam
Weeks 0-5:
All meetings* will be held Monday through Friday, 4 to 5 pm in Bunche 11377 (11th floor).
*Exceptions: No meeting will be held on Thursday, September 29th. The meeting on Wednesday, October 12th will be in Bunche 10383 (10th floor)

Gilman Scholarship Workshops
If you receive a Pell Grant, you are eligible for this study abroad scholarship of up to $8000.
