We invite you to join in the 23rd Annual UCLA Study Abroad Fair. Each year, more than 2000 students visit the fair to learn about the programs you're offering.
The fair is scheduled for Tuesday, October 6, 2009 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., in Ackerman Union at the center of UCLA campus. You can arrive as early as 9 a.m. to begin setting up.

Shipping Materials In Advance Of The Fair:
Due to limited space in our office, we have contracted with an off-site storage company, Creative Project Managers, Inc (CPM) to hold fair materials. Organizations that wish to ship materials in advance of the fair can ship them to CPM, who will deliver the boxes to UCLA’s Ackerman Ballroom on the morning of the fair. To ensure your materials are delivered to UCLA on time for the fair, please follow these guidelines:
- Materials should arrive at CPM between Sept 21 and Oct 2.
- Boxes should be clearly labeled “Hold for UCLA Study Abroad Fair” in large letters. This will help warehouse staff to easily identify materials for UCLA’s fair.
- Ship materials to: Creative Project Managers, Inc, 15151 South Figueroa Street, Gardena, CA 90248.
Directions To Campus:
UCLA’s website has detailed directions to our campus and information on parking: http://www.ucla.edu/map/. You can purchase parking from any information kiosk, which are conveniently located near major entrances to campus. It is recommended that you enter campus from Westwood Blvd. There is an information kiosk just north of the UCLA Medical Center, and they can direct you to lots near Ackerman Ballroom.
